Did one or more of your instructors this semester keep you motivated to do your best work? If so, please consider taking a moment to send your gratitude via UNCG’s Thank an Instructor Program.

How this works:

  1. Students fill out a brief form sharing your message with your instructor. Students can decide if they want to share their name or not.
  2. The UTLC delivers your message via email to your chosen instructor. The email is sent from the UTLC email address. Instructors will not see the email address of the student.

This brief act of gratitude has the potential to remind UNCG’s hard-working instructors that the extra work and dedication displayed this semester did not go unnoticed.

During the last month of both the fall and spring semesters, the UTLC routes a form for students to complete to send a thank you note to one or more of their instructors. Students are notified about this project by their advisors, various student services offices and electronic message boards on campus. Once the student submits the form, the UTLC processes it within 24-48 business hours and sends it to the instructor.
