Trauma-informed teaching became a major topic of discussion in education during the COVID-19 pandemic; however, the impact of trauma on teaching and learning is not at all a new concept. Instructors may still be wondering: how prevalent is trauma in the classroom; how does it impact teaching and learning; what resources are available to address these challenges; and how can we adapt our teaching, policies, and practices to be more trauma-informed? These fundamental questions are addressed in a concise and interactive infographic made just for UNCG instructors!
